Assuming we have the correct email on file for you, you should receive an email notification when you have a message in your patient portal. But if you have sent us an email and don't receive a notification within 24 hours of a response, please check the portal anyway. We answer almost all of our emails within 24 hrs, usually less.
If you don't have your user name and password, you need to request them from us (please do so on the "contact us" page or call). PLEASE USE THIS PORTAL FOR ANY EMAIL COMMUNICATION ABOUT YOUR CHILD. Please do not email us on Facebook or our personal email addresses about confidential patient-related issues. The Patient Portal is secure. Facebook is not secure or HIPAA compliant.
Although we try to check requests and email often, responses may take up to 48 hours if over a weekend, so if you have an urgent question or problem, or need an appointment right away, please call.
Using the Patient Portal, you can request access to lab results, immunization information, growth charts, etc. You can also request appointments, school forms and medication refills, fill out registration and pre-appointment questionnaires, and communicate securely with our staff, including Dr. Allegretti. Please take advantage of this great resource. It will save you and our staff lots of time, in addition to improving your child's medical care.
